El Hierro´s views that will take your breath away
We find La Peña’s viewpoint in Guarazoca, in the North part of El Hierro. The views are of the valley of El Golfo, showing the Fuga de la Gorreta, a cliff elevated more than a thousand meters above the sea and where previously the shepherds moved freely along the slopes. From this viewpoint, it can also be appreciated the rocks of Salmor, the vineyards, and the fruit trees that reach the coast.
The viewpoint restaurant of César Manrique
A viewpoint with a name of its own, in this case, César Manrique. A pearl is situated in each of the highest points of the island and designed by the canarian architect to make a tribute to the land and create a fresh and welcoming environment. The result was a work decorated with plants, big windows, and ceilings made of stone. The inside is dedicated exclusively to the Viewpoint Restaurant of La Peña, for the customer to enjoy a menu of Canarian gastronomy.
